Right to Buy Replacement Fund
The Right to Buy Replacement Fund is a grant programme that was launched through the Local Authority. Using funds received from right-to-buy the fund contributes towards the cost of creating social housing, whether it be new housing or purchase and refurbishment of existing housing.
Elevate is currently working in partnership with GIPSIL to create 10 units of accommodation.
