Elevate is a not-for-profit social enterprise wholly owned by GIPSIL.

Elevate was formed in 2012, in order to manage and carryout GIPSIL’s empty homes programme, maintain GIPSIL’s property portfolio and to provide volunteer placements & apprenticeships.

Elevate has evolved into an organisation that can offer our expert services to other organisations, from management to ‘hands on’ works – for clients around West Yorkshire and beyond. Our Mission

Renovate

Renovating properties – many of which are dilapidated - using sustainably sourced, local materials with the help of local employees, local contractors, local suppliers, local volunteers and GIPSIL Service Users.

Innovate

Using innovative strategies, innovative technologies and innovative, quirky design to develop Elevate into an efficient model that benefits our community.

Educate

Educating and supporting our volunteers & apprentices to enable them to gain the confidence to achieve their goals, whether that be gaining better DIY skills or entering into employment.
