Empty Properties Community Grants Programme
Often referred to as ‘Round 2’ of the EHCGP, the details of the programme mirrored the EHCGP.
GIPSIL received a contribution towards the cost of bringing 7 empty homes back into use. Elevate managed the whole programme from purchase to completion. Many volunteers were engaged over the course of the programme and 7 newly renovated homes were occupied following the completion of the 7 property renovations.
